Usonyx : Migrating To New Billing System

IMPORTANT : For first time login, please reset your client area access by requesting a password reset at https://billing.usonyx.net/pwreset.php with your existing registered email account in the old billing system.

Couple of updates :
 
1. DNS Management for domains - we have been working with the vendor over the past few weeks for options to have the domains (that's not registered with Usonyx) which are previously added on the old billing system to show up on the new billing client area. Apparently there's a need to rewrite entire DNS module from the ground on the new billing system in order to support this. The ETA for the beta module to be released will be by end of September / earlier of October 2015. We will roll this out to our sandbox environment for a round of testing before release this module to the production billing system. We understand how inconveniences this has been bring to your subscriptions, please do bear with us.
 
2. Duplicated Invoices - after a few round of communication with the developer, the end suggestion that we have received would be to resume the daily schedule task to generate the invoice as modifying the backend of the system will not completely resolve the issue due to the database which are synced over from the previous old billing system has a complete different way of generating due invoices. We will be resuming the schedule task by this Monday 07 September 2015 as to ensure all users receive their service renewal subscription. Our billing personnel will be standing by to cancel off the duplicate invoice. To confirm your updated invoice subscription, please do login to our new billing system to check the latest status.

All Dedicated server subscription has been synced. We have also found the issues which generated the duplicate invoices and working on a fix on the database. For the time being, we will be holding the task to generate the renewal invoice as to avoid such issues from hitting all the customers again.

The fix for the sync script still in progress. 
 
We have also seen some of domains which are added to the Manage DNS previously are not showing up in the client area. Rest assure the zones still remain intact on our DNS server backend and all the records are there. Work are in progress with the developer to have this corrected. For the time being, if you would need make any updates or modifications to DNS records, please do approach our support team for assistance on the request.

The attempt to correct the sync script still in progress. 
 
We have also executed the schedule task on the new billing system to generate renewal invoice and we are seeing this task has generated certain duplicated invoice which has previously been generated. Our billing department is currently rectifying this and will make necessary adjustment on the affected client's account.

We have some minor bug on the sync script which delay our sync of the VPS and dedicated server subscription details, we are working on a fix for this in order to continue the sync. In the mean time, please disregard any service details on the client area.

We have VPS subscription sync with the API server. All existing subscriber will be able to manage their existing VPS at the new billing system client area.
 
We will be moving towards in syncing dedicated server and other service add-ons.

Syncing of customer subscription with our servers still under progress and if you see your subscription does not have the latest details available, that would be due to the sync has not reach to your subscription.

As indicated on the earlier announcement, you will be required to request a password reset for your existing account at the new billing system. Simply head on to https://billing.usonyx.net/pwreset.php with your existing email account (at the old billing system) and follow the email instruction to have your new password reset to allow you access to the billing system at https://billing.usonyx.net/clientarea.php

All customers details, invoices and services has been migrated to the new billing system. The process of syncing the service details will now start. We will soon release the new billing system for public access.

Greetings All Value Client of Usonyx,
 
This is an official notice that we will be migrating our existing billing system available at https://store.usonyx.net to a new billing system at the following schedule window :
 
Date :  7th August 2015
Time :  10.00pm GMT+8
Estimated Time :  24-48 hours Windows
New Billing System URL :  https://billing.usonyx.net/
 
We have decided the move to the new billing platform for better integration for our hosting provisioning as well as domain registrations that allow us to serve you better. During the transition of the billing system, there will be no interruption to your existing hosting services. You can continue to reach out to our support channel through email and support portal during the transition as well.
 
We have come out an import script which allow us to import 90% of the data over to the new billing system. There are however certain changes which we have not been able to get this plot over as below :
 
1. Your client area password to access to the billing system.
 
As the password has been encrypted in the database, we would have not been able to get your existing password to be transfer over to the new billing system. Please do a password reset request on the first time login using your registered primary email account (as you have received for this email). We will send further instructions on how this could be done upon we have completed the transition.
 
2. Invoice numbering.
 
Your existing invoice will be reference with the last 5 digit in the new billing system. Please reference to us the last 5 digit of your existing invoice if you are making the payment so we will be able to mark the invoice status accordingly in the new billing system.
 
3. Bookmark / Order URL.
 
If you have previously bookmark any of our existing product URL, there’s a need to re-update this changes on your local browser.
 
4. Renewal / New Service Ordering.
 
During the maintenance window, we will shut off the existing billing system as to make sure we have the latest data for the import process. If you would need to carry out any renewal of your existing services / domains, or purchase of new service, please do write to billing@usonyx.net / sales@usonyx.net respectively. Our staff will be working to assist your request. 
 
We also recommend doing an early renewal prior to the scheduled transition of the billing system if your service / domain renewal do fall on the date/time of our transition.
 
5. Download of Old Invoice.
 
Upon the transition to the new billing system is completed, we will remain the access to the old billing system disabled from public access as to avoid any further updates or changes to the old system as to ensure all your transaction are updated to the new billing system. Please quote us your service Invoice ID by writing to billing@usonyx.net. We will download copy and email to your via PDF.
 
6. Billing Policy.
 
We will have the same billing policy as outlined at http://www.usonyx.net/billing-policy/ with renewal invoice generated 45 days before the actual expiry date. 
 
We will make sure this transition to be transparent to you as much as possible. A copy of this announcement has also been posted to your registered primary email account in https://store.usonyx.net/
