Service Disruption update
SpamExperts services has been recovered.


Q) What happen to my incoming emails during this period?

A) It will depend on the Sender mail server (MTA retry period). 

If the retry is short, it will bounce back to sender and need a resend.

If the retry is long, it will deliver to SpamExperts now then relay over destination server.

Q) Why my incoming email still delay after recovery?

A) Most of the inbound mail traffic in past few hours flow in at the same time and  SpamExperts need time to process it.

Service Disruption Details:
Please be informed that we are  experiencing some issues with inbound/outbound email connectivity  network issues on our servers that run SpamExperts.

We will continue to post another update once it is available.

Service Disruption Affects:

All  incoming mail traffic to client's domain MX that point to the following  record will not available during this period but outgoing mail services  run as usual.





All shared hosting mail servers traffic that route through SpamExperts will not be available during this period.
